Moves that raise the floor

• D.J. Moore to Buffalo puts a proven target earner next to elite quarterback play — a clear efficiency upgrade.
• Kenneth Walker III to Kansas City lands a decisive runner in a high-value offense; the receiving usage is the swing factor for his ceiling.

Moves that mostly change the uniform

Not every relocation matters. A back who joins a crowded room, or a receiver who moves into a lower-volume passing attack, can look exciting in July and finish exactly where his old ranking had him. Weigh the projected role, not the highlight reel.
